"No More, Not Here!" Campaign
This Monday morning, Davis School District will premiere the first episode in a video series entitled "No More, Not Here" aimed to improve school culture and climate. The videos feature student voices inviting their peers to become more positive, inclusive, and caring while at school and in their community. The elementary video is available at this link: https://youtu.be/t6kYxM6VLYM
Additional episodes will follow this initial video on a monthly basis, and the district will share those with parents before they are shown to students. The bottom line in this effort is to create a more inclusive school environment where every student feels comfortable and can learn and grow within the classrooms of our school. It is also part of a larger enhanced partnership the district recently established with Hill Air Force Base, Davis County commissioners and Utah First Lady Abby Cox to help Utah become an even better place to live. If, after viewing the videos, you wish to have your child not view them, please let Mr. Hughes or your child's teacher know. Thank you for your continued support as we try to continuously improve student experience at Reading Elementary
congratulations to our latest award board winners! (right column from 10-100)
