We are excited to include discussion topics, real-time experiential exercises with your partner, and tools and resources to use in your daily interactions including The Importance of Partnering with Our Nervous Systems, IFS-informed Techniques for Strengthening Communication & Connection, How to Make a Whole-Hearted Apology, Establishing Healthy Boundaries & Agreements, Creating an "Us Dictionary," Fostering Trust Restoration, Understanding How the Karpman Drama Triangle Affects Your Relationship, Learning to Compromise & Accept Influence... and much more!
This is a Neuro-Inclusive group and many of the concepts apply to any couple, including mixed Neurotype couples.

- DATE: Monday Evenings, Every Other Week - Starting January 15th, 2024.
- TIME COMMITMENT: 1.5 hours, 6-7:30pm Mountain Time
- REQUESTED FEE COMMITMENT: Monthly Membership - $75 per group, per couple (collected monthly)

Meg has worked in the field of sexual education, healthy sexuality, and intimacy and trauma healing for nearly a decade. Along with her role as Chief Program Officer, primary therapist, and co-lead of our Customized Intensives at Namasté Center for Healing, Meg is a consultant who has presented several webinars and workshops for clinicians through the organizations such as the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and the LGBTQ+-Affirmative Therapist Guild of Utah. Meg is passionate about supporting healthy intimacy with couples. She uses IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and holistic healing to helping others find their way back home... to their bodies, their parts, and their hearts...
