The Mustang Stampede

Third Grade news for the month of December

Math & Science News

This month in math we will be continuing our study of fractions, including fractions of a whole and set, equivalent fractions, comparing fractions (with models), and fractions on number lines. After, we will learn money concepts, coins, bills, counting sets of money, and a making change. We will continue to review subtraction with regrouping as well, as many students still struggle with this skill.
