Wow! Long time, no see. We hope everyone stayed warm and well fed and is ready to return to school Monday. We have missed almost five full instructional days, so we thought it was important to bring up attendance. We need your child here every day! While we understand that doctor and dentist appointments are necessary, we ask that you consider rearranging upcoming appointments so they are after school or on some of our future days off (the next one is February 17th). If you can't reschedule, please plan for your child to attend as much of the school day as possible. For example, if your child has a 10 am appointment in Sherman, bring your child to school until 9:15 (you would be surprised at how much learning we cram into an hour and a half), then return them to school as soon as the appointment is over. Thank you for helping us get in as much instruction as possible.

Evans Life Skills class by purchasing some delicious popcorn from Pop Around the Corner in Denison, Texas. 50% of your popcorn purchase goes directly to our class to help pay for our field trips, Christmas gifts and birthday treats. Popcorn orders are prepared in about ten days but may take longer. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up or has been shipped out.
