A message from the Principal...
SES Families:
First, I want to thank everyone for being so supportive of Savannah's family with our Yellow Day yesterday. We had a huge number of staff and students wearing yellow in support of Savannah and her family and raised over $400 to assist the family in this difficult time. It was an opportunity to show our students how they can make a difference in our community.
Second, next week is Homecoming at Southport High School. A number of our clubs are participating in the Homecoming Parade and we will also do a student council sponsored spirit week at SES! The details on the themes for each day are contained later in the newsletter. Our goal is to build school spirit and pride. This is a FREE spirit week so no one has to donate to participate.
Have a wonderful weekend!
