Breakfast Patty Melt

Ingredients
Gather the Ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoons of butter
- Whole medium yellow onion
- 1/4 lb. breakfast sausage
- 2 whole eggs (Fried, Scrambled, or Beaten)
- 3 slices of cheese (Your choice)
- 2 slices of bread (Your choice)
Defrost
Defrost the sausage for 2 minutes.
Butter
While the sausage is defrosting, take 2 of the 4 lbs. of butter and melt it over a non stick skillet until completely melted.
Patty Time!
Once the sausage has defrosted completely, form patties appropriate for the bread.
Eggs
Separate the eggs into another non stick skillet. Fry them until your liking.
Onions
Take your chopped onion and pour them into the buttery skillet. Wait until the onions are caramelized. Once they are caramelized put them onto a plate.
Eggs
When the eggs are cooked to your liking, put them onto a separate plate.
Time for patties
Now take the patties you have formed and put them onto the buttery plate. It is ok if there are still onions left in there. Cook thoroughly.
Add the cheese
Once the patties are the way you like them, add the cheese you have chosen. Have your bread ready to place the cheese patty on.
Finished product
In order for it to be finished.. Place the cheese patty on the bread. Place the egg and then place the onions.
