Customer Survey
Update to 17.5
This update fixed these commonly reported issues:
- Wrong item showing up when scanning a barcode - this was a Google Chrome auto-fill issue that should be fixed with this update.
- Printing overdue notices - members reported not being able to print four notices per page. This should be fixed with this update.
- "Check in at other sites" has now defaulted to "off." If you liked this feature, it will need to be turned back on. Let us know if you need help with this.
If you are experiencing any issues, please report it via the TREC Help Desk and we will work on the solution.

- Include as much detail as possible so that we are able to get started on resolving your issue quickly.
- Ask your Technology team to make sure that trec@esc11.net is white listed in your district. This will prevent responses from being caught in your district SPAM filter.
- Check your SPAM filter if you are awaiting a response.
