Asli Lidice Gokturk Saglam is a language teacher, teacher trainer, ICT enthusiast and educational researcher. She has been an English teacher in EAP settings for 15 years and she loves teaching a lot (like Gollum loves the ring). She is a doctorate candidate. Her research interests include; teacher education, ICT and testing and assessment. Nil Algan Bilen earned her Honors BA from Boğaziçi University, Department of Western Languages and Literatures in 1996. After six years in a professional advertising career, she trained in pedagogical formation and developmental psychology at Marmara University and received her MA in English Language Teaching. Her professional courses and qualifications include teaching academic writing, using drama in language teaching and learning strategies training. She holds a DELTA from Cambridge University. She is currently working as a language instructor at Ozyegin University, Istanbul.
