From the Desk of Dr. Ricks
This week we celebrated our students' accomplishments with our 3rd 9 Weeks Awards Assembly which was followed by one of my favorite Grace Middle School traditions, our National Junior Honor Society Induction Ceremony. Congratulations to all!
Everyone has been working so hard to prepare for ITBS, and the students are ready to move forward. Spring testing marks a time of achievement and signals that the year's end is on the horizon. Please talk to your children about next week's assessment. They should approach it with respect and seriousness, but not be overly stressed. Their teachers have done a wonderful job of getting them ready, and I am certain that they will complete the tests with confidence.
Friday, we finished our week with our Academic Pep Rally where we celebrated what good students we are! The theme was Nerd Day, and the children piled on the pocket protectors, brought their calculators, snapped their suspenders, and taped those glasses...Let's hear a cheer for the Brains!
Warmly
