SEMESTER TWO FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE
Finals will be given on the final two full length days of the semester using our normal schedule for this year. The seniors last day is Thursday, May 20th. 9th-11th graders will have a ½ day on Friday, May 21st.

On Friday, we will run all 8 classes with 22 minute periods. Use this time to give out and report final semester grades, collect any outstanding books/materials, and take care of any remaining end of year details. Due to the extremely short blocks, students must be kept in class for the entire block. Lunch will NOT be served.

MEDICATIONS IN THE HEALTH ROOM
The school will not store any medications over the summer break. If your student has any medication/s in the health room, it will be sent home with them during the last few weeks of the school year. All medication needs to be picked before the end of the school day on May 21, 2021. Any medication that is not picked up by this time will be appropriately discarded. 10th GRADE HEALTH SCREENINGS
Dear Millard Families,
In accordance with the Nebraska State Statute, #173 NAC 7, the Millard Public Schools is required to conduct non-diagnostic health screens to all enrolled 10th grade students. The purpose of the screening is to identify any possible health concerns and provide feedback to the student’s parents/guardians for follow up. The screenings measure the following: height, hearing, vision, weight, and dental health. Please see the attached Department of Health and Human Services document to learn more.
High School Screening Dates:
Millard South: September 23, 2021
Millard North: September 24, 2021
Millard West: September 29, 2021

Methodist Hospital Emotional Support Hotline 402-815-8255 (TALK)
Available daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
This service is a way for people to reach out and connect with someone who can help find solutions for managing stress, anxiety and other challenges. The support line is staffed by licensed professional counselors from the Methodist Hospital Community Counseling Program. The counselors can assist callers who may be experiencing feelings such as: fear, anxiety, sadness, depression.

UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) is offering up to TWO FREE behavioral consultation sessions in English or Spanish. This service is available to families regardless of insurance coverage.
