Reminder to Finalize ALL READ Plans
- Plans are not considered ACTIVE until they are finalized.
- Progress monitoring reminders won't appear until plans are finalized.
- Finalize plans after entering all parent communication information.
- Please contact the READ Act support team with any questions.
- To check for plans that are still in draft status, please use the Enrich report titled: READ Open Draft by Team Leader-Condensed with ID#
Batch Printing of Plans
Enrich has a new feature where users will be able to batch print plans, progress monitoring and meeting notices (if generated in Enrich). Please note this feature only works for currently active plans. If you are needing to print a draft document, or historical documents on a specific student, you will need to go into the individual student record.
Message from the MTSS Team: closing out Intervention Plans
- We will no longer close out RtI plans at the end of the school year. READ Plans and AGATE Plans stay open all year, so we are keeping RtI intervention plans open as well.
- At the end of the year, all teachers will need to update any intervention plans in Enrich with data and comments to help next year's teacher to understand what interventions were in place and the effectiveness of the intervention. This will help them plan for precise intervention support soon after next year starts.
- This will also give schools the opportunity to batch print all open plans to look at in the beginning of the school year in order to better prepare teachers.
- If you have any questions, please ask for support from your MTSS Partner.
