When can floods happen
River line floods occur in relatively low-lying areas close to streams and rivers. It also occurs when it rains and when it snows it because ice so when it gets hot again the ice melts and makes more water cause ice is made out of water.
How do floods happen
Floods occur most commonly when water from heavy rainfall hits rivers and makes it rise or ice that melts from a cold snowing winter till it becomes hot and melts the ice witch gets leaded into the oceans, rivers, lakes or ponds.
