PAYT (Pay As You Throw)
The PAYT program allows for cities who desire to have a "green" environment to pay for garbage like other utilities. Residents do not pay a flat fee for garbage, but rather only pay for the amount they throw away.
Curbside pick up of garbage and recycling are doing with a single fleet of trucks. Bags are marked separately to allow for sorting.
