Computer Science Club

Crossroads Academy of Kansas City is offering second grade students the opportunity to take part in a Google CS First computer science club. This club will focus on teaching principles of computer science through storytelling on the program Scratch. Scratch is a coding program that teaches students to code through it's own language. Students will participate in the club on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:15-9:00 with Mrs. Torres. This will take place during a portion of their reading block. Students will need a signed or emailed permission form in order to participate.
