Instructions: *If possible, please place a rubber band around each pair of shoes.
What is Shared Dreams?
The Shared Dreams program provides short term assistance to registered Fort Bend ISD students whose needs have been determined by their campus nurse with assistance from campus staff. The Shared Dreams program relies on monetary and in-kind donations of clothing, toiletry items and school supplies from schools, business and community partners.

Letters of Recommendation
Thank you for working hard to complete the letter of recommendations for the students in a timely manner (5-10 business days) as I have noticed many are already complete!! Please note – several of these requests have been made months ago – if you are unable to write the letter please communicate that with the students as we don’t want that to cause issue with them being accepted.
Please remember, when you log on to:
· Click Sign in at the top and pick Schools & District Staff
· Sign in with CLEVER
· Type in WILLIAM B. TRAVIS (be sure to pick the FBISD one)
· Click Log in with LDAP
· Your username and password is your skyward credentials. Please make sure you open it in chrome!
If you have already taken care of these, yet your name is still on here, please let me know so I can help clear your name from this end J If you need any help, please don’t hesitate to ask, I am happy to do so!
Please remember: If your student is applying to any school with a CA in the computer screen next to it, you will need to fill out the Common App Teacher evaluation. If you need assistance with this, please let me know. The letter will not send without filling this out as well – it’s short and easy! (This year, I believe it actually prompts you which is an added bonus)
Please finish it off by clicking the send button next to prepare – click the schools and then click send…otherwise they are sitting in “In Progress”

Learning Assessment Data Entry
As teachers input their District Learning Assessment data into the Microsoft Form Link, please remind them to check the box to “Send me an email receipt of my responses” which is located above the blue submit button on the form. This will trigger an email to whomever entered the data. The email contains a link that allows teachers to view their own results. If you’d like, you can request that your teachers forward their email confirmation to you or a designated person on your campus for verification purposes. If teachers do not check the box, they will not receive an email verification with the link to their responses.
