PETER LALOR .....

Peter Lalor is a Irish man. He was a born on the 5 February 1827 in Raheen, laois, Ireland .He died on the 8 February 1889 Melbourne, Australia. Peter Lalor has 11 siblings. He was married and had two children.


Peter was a eureka stockade leader at Ballarat, Victoria . He came to Australia

in 1852. Peter Lalor was fighting in the eureka stockade because he new the miners license were unfair. The eureka stockade was a disagreement over what gold miners felt were unfair laws. He went to fight the army with the miners. When the war was over 125 miners died and were prisoner and 6 police died and peter Lalor ran away. Peter Lalor was then ambushed by police and he lost a arm.
