What is Naturalization?
Naturalization is the legal process through which a foreign citizen or national can become a U.S. citizen.
To be naturalized the person has to be eligible.
Who is eligible?
Before being eligible The applicant must have the following requirements:
-At least 18 Years old
-A Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States
-Resident and physically present in the United States for at least five years at the time of application
-Good Moral Character
Application
When applying you will attend a interview, pass certain tests, pay certain fees, and be finger printed. After successfully passing these steps they must take an oath of loyalty.
