Holy Trinity Catholic School

Home of the Saints - October 21

A Note from the Principal:

Thank you to all the parents who were able to attend parent teacher conferences either in person, via phone, or email! Please remember that it is important for our parents to be our partners in education so that we can work together to grow your child. As partners, please know that we welcome you to contact the teachers and administration at any point during the school year, not just at conference time, with any comments, questions, or concerns.

I am sure that no one needs reminding, but just in case.....Have a relaxing Fall Break the remainder of this week! My prayer is that you have some quality time to spend together as families, making memories, and enjoying one another.

Holy Trinity Catholic School Open House

Thursday, Oct. 29th, 4-6pm

All Campuses

Please invite anyone interested in learning more about what Holy Trinity Catholic School has to offer! All three campuses will be open and tours, opportunities to meet teachers & administration, chances to talk to current school families, and answers to some of the financial questions will all be part of the evening.

Picture Day:

Pictures are scheduled for Monday, October 26th for all East Campus students, West Campus 4 year olds, and Central Campus 4 year old and ALL full day preschoolers.

Pictures are scheduled for Tuesday, October 27th for West Campus 3 year olds and Central Campus 3 year olds and kindergarten - grade 2 students.

Mass Day dress code does NOT apply for students at Central Campus on Tuesday due to pictures.

Picture order forms are included in the purple folder last week. Interstate Studios will be our school picture and yearbook provider for this year. The process is slightly different than in previous years, as you will be pre-ordering pictures. This means that you will select your package and include payment up-front. The photographers will take the pictures and check them immediately on the screen for quality until they have a good shot. You will then receive the picture package you ordered. If you are not happy with the pictures, you may have a retake done at no charge. The yearbook is not included with the picture package. Rather, they will be ordered at a later point in time and will be full color throughout.

AdvancED Survey:

As part of the Diocesan and School Accreditation Process, we are asking that ONE parent from EACH family take a few minutes to complete a brief survey regarding our school. This survey is online and is open for your participation beginning today through October 30th. The link can be found on this newsletter. Please select the FIRST Holy Trinity Catholic School listing in the drop down menu. As the results are used to help analyze areas where we are excelling, as well as opportunities for growth, your participation is extremely important and valued. Thank you in advance!
