Ecological Footprint

By Sarah Parvin

An Ecological Footprint is the measure of the effect that human demand has on Earth's ecosystems. It is estimated by estimating the amount of biological materials consumed, and the biological waste created by a person in a given year.
Your carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions caused by an organization, event, product, or person.

There are many factors that affect your ecological footprint

1. The food you eat

2. Your transportation

3. Energy usage

4. The amount of waste you create

5. If you recycle or not
