11/11 - Matt Johnson, Attorney/MMA Trainer, Freeman Kevenides Law Firm LLC - I have been a civil trial attorney in Chicago for the past decade, involved in all stages of litigation from drafting to litigation through jury trials. I have represented both Plaintiffs (people filing a lawsuit) and Defendants (those being sued), and can talk about my experience in the Chicago Court system in both State and Federal Court. I am also a certified arbitrator for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program. I am also the Head Muay Thai and striking coach for TDC Mixed Martial Arts in Chicago, IL.
11/12 - David Rasho, Owner / Co-founder, access 2 insight, llc - Several years ago I left my job and started a business helping big companies use data about their customers to improve marketing performance. The early days were very rough (we got sued and lost a lot of money) but we've grown from 8 employees to 35 and I've really enjoyed the journey!
11/13 - Cathy Jama, Executive Vice President/Commercial Real Estate Broker, Tenant Advisory Group, LLC - I work with small businesses who have commercial real estate needs in office, retail and industrial spaces. I have been in commercial real estate all of my career and it started when I worked at McDonald's Corporation as a real estate paralegal and then transitioned to development manager.

Week 3 - 11am start
11/17 - Katie Misek, Physician Assistant, American Physician Partners - I am a physician assistant working in Emergency Departments. A physician assistant is a healthcare provider trained to diagnose and treat illness in collaboration with a physician. I see patients along anything from fractures and lacerations to heart attacks and strokes.
11/19 - Chris Wheatley, Marketing Technology Manager, LGIM America - I've had multiple positions related to Marketing with Groupon, JP Morgan Chase, and now work at LGIM America as the Marketing Technology Manager. I lead the firm’s digital campaign efforts and manage the marketing platforms.
11/20 - Yoichi Momozaki, Principal Nuclear Engineer/Senior Engineer, Argonne National Laboratory - I wanted (still do!) to be an astronaut, but no adults around me could give me any advices. I am not an astronaut (yet!), but enjoy being a researcher.

Week 4 - 11:50 am start
12-1 - 12-1 - Troy Brethauer - Retired, was Vice President of Franchising, McDonald's - BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and then my law degree at Michigan. Worked as an attorney for a few years in private practice and the moved to McDonald’s.
12/2 - Shannon Moffitt - Senior Manager, Multicultural Sales Development, Pandora (music, not jewelry) - I convince major advertisers to give Pandora a lot of money by building & pitching "big ideas" such as artist partnerships, events (now virtual!), influencer extensions, etc. To build my presentation skills, I started taking improv classes and have since performed 200+ times at theaters around the city such as Second City, Improv Olympic, and the Comedy Clubhouse.
12/3 - 12/3 - Lori Prokes, Director of Environmental Services, V3 Companies, Woodridge - Poli Sci undergrad at Valpo, Law degree, Practiced environmental law, which lead to regulatory compliance, to environmental consulting. Can speak to jobs in geology, environmental science, sustainability, corporate social responsibility including ethics office and diversity & inclusion - and law - both with a firm and corporation.
12/4 - Winlynn Lin, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Behavioral Health and Education Specialists - I am a mental health therapist in a group private practice. I work with children as young as 5 to as old as 100 on many different issues from emotional and mental well being to life changes/transitions to parenting. I have also worked in a variety of different settings such as in hospitals, in residential treatment centers, in community mental health centers.

12/9 - Mindy Kyle, Freeelance Writer, Self-Employed/Glancer Magazine - I am a freelance writer that takes on various writing jobs. I currently am on the writing staff for Glancer Magazine and write a monthly column on charities, as well as features on local authors and artists.
12/10 - Leigh Anne Wild, Registered Nurse, Professional Development Coordinator, Northwestern Memorial Hospital - I have been a nurse for 10 years. For eight years, I worked as an ICU nurse caring for critically ill patients. Currently, I work with nursing professional development, where I run the Critical Care Orientation program- a series of classes for nurses new to the ICUs and Emergency Department at Northwestern.
12/11 - Colleen McShane, Dentist, Medical Center Dental Associates - I am a general dentist and work in a group private practice in the west suburbs. I see people who need filings, crowns, root canals, dentures, extractions, and implants. I worked as a resident in a hospital and have done several medical/dental mission trips.

11/4 - Brad Whitacre, Insurance Consultant, The Whitacre Insurance Group - Former Bond Trader, Former Critical Care Flight Paramedic and now owner of an Insurance Agency. Sometimes a career path is a little crooked.
11/5 - Brad Tietz, VP of Government Relations, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce - I advocate and work at all levels of government, but particularly the State of Illinois and City of Chicago, to achieve and support pro-business policies that support Chicagoland businesses, including our over 1,000 members from every sector.
11/6 - Scott Gbur, Senior Account Executive - Group Ticket Sales, Chicago White Sox - I have worked with the Chicago White Sox since 2006 in various capacities. For the past 9 years I have coordinated events of all sizes from 20 people to 2000+.
