Tactile Learning
If you are a tactile learner, you learn by touching and experiencing. Otherwise known as a "hands on learner", a tactile learner tends to excel when physical activity is involved. Tactile learners tend to take frequent breaks, have difficulty sitting still, and when speaking, use hand gestures and movements to elaborate upon their topic.
Bodily & Kinesthetic Learning
Bodily and kinesthetic learner enjoy movement while learning. Get up, move around, don't get tired, take a lot of breaks, use body to learn. Personal trainers, professional sports, and any other careers pertaining to bodily movement would be a good career for me.
Examples
All three examples above are people working together on a hands on project as a group. This is my learning style. This is how I enjoy learning.
