Principal's Message

Dear Miltona Families,

We hope you will help us celebrate all of our fabulous staff members during TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK starting on Monday, May 3rd. Our staff in the Miltona Elementary School truly care about kids! Please take some time over this month of May to reach out and thank our staff members for doing so much for our most precious resource. On behalf of the students, parents, and community members we want to thank every educator for serving with passion, to ignite creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Although our MCA tests have concluded, this month will be a busy month as teachers continue to introduce students to content and learning goals. Our 5th grade students are preparing to move on to bigger, greater things and we are so excited to welcome our new kindergarteners to our school families. We have lots of fun events planned for the month of May but what a fun and busy way to end another school year! Parents remember that over the summer your children can maintain what they've learned if they remain engaged in reading, math and writing. Let's finish strong and have a great summer!

As always, thank you for your continued support of our mission of achieving educational excellence and inspiring a life-long passion for learning.
