Progress Reports

Parents, this Friday progress reports will go out through the Parent Portal. We will not be sending home physical copies of your child's progress report this year, unless your child is failing one or more subjects. If your child is failing in any subject, your child's teacher will send home a paper copy of his/her progress report for you to look over and sign that you have seen it. All other progress reports will go out via our Parent Portal. Please look for a message from School Mint on how to access your child's progress report. Please contact your child's teacher if you have any questions!

Students must have perfect attendance during the month, no absences, tardies, or early checkouts. There will be a prize for students that are in Kindergarten thru 3rd grade and a prize for students in 4th grade thru 6th grade. When you are ready to lead, you have an interest in serving the interest of others regardless of your own personal gain. You value what others say, listen well, speak kindly, and show gratitude. You are able to forgive others, admit when you do not know something, show confidence, and recognize the strengths in others. By doing these things, you are using the leader attribute, humility.

This weeks I will statement: “I will show humility today by forgiving someone who has hurt my feelings.”

From the Counselor:

We will be showing kindness all over LSRO September 24-27 for Anti Bullying/Kindness Week. The Kindness Fairy will be visiting the campus this week to read to story about kindness and talk about the effects of bullying. Teachers will be taking the students to various stations on campus to participate in various acts of kindness. A scavenger hunt also went home for you and your family to do. Remember to use this hashtag so we can see all the kind things you will be doing at home and in the community: #LSROshowskindness.

Friday, Sept. 27th, the students may wear a SOLID WHITE shirt as a sign of peace.
