It is hard to believe that we have almost reached half of the academic school year during distance remote learning. To say the least, it certainly has been challenging for all. We have put our best foot forward and met this challenge head on. Some have done well, whereas others are struggling to meet the new learning. Nonetheless, I am proud of all of our students and families who have endured and persisted in doing the unimaginable since last March of 2020. We all have hope this will be over very soon, but until then please continue to support our students as they finish up this 1st Fall Semester strong.

Es difícil creer que casi hemos llegado a la mitad del año escolar académico durante el aprendizaje remoto a distancia. Por decir lo menos, ciertamente ha sido un desafío para todos. Progress Report Grades are being posted through the Aeries Parent Portal on Dec 2nd in which will indicate where your child is with their learning progress. We have a final 6 weeks of school with a Holiday break in between. Please take a moment to review your child's grades and discuss with them their learning. If there is a need for support, please reach out to the teachers during their office hours, as well as email which can be found on the school website. Lastly, tutoring is offered by our outside partners as another resource for help. It is important that students take this grade assessment as an opportunity to understand where they are at with their learning and can communicate with their teachers about how to improve their grades. I cannot understate enough that when students have their video camera on during the zoom classes, it helps in establishing a connection to the lesson and gives more retention to the material. Please encourage your child to actively participate in the learning at all times.

PTSA Meeting - December 8th @ 6:00pm

  • Are you having trouble understanding this whole distance learning? Are your kids not doing well at the Zoom learning? Have your children lost their motivation? How do I talk to my kids about the importance of School when they on a video.


  • We have a presentation by our partnership with Trio and Chabot College to present to our parents a special look for some strategies to talking and motivating our students, and about the distance learning classrooms.
