Step 1: Chart / Examine Evidence

Step 2: Formulate Quality Inferences Into Student Learning

Step 3: Determine Actions & Strategies

Step 4: Establish Success Indicators

Time will be provided for participants to examine their current structures for collaboration and complete action planning for both short and long term success. Participants will walk away with defined actions for immediate implementation and supporting instruments for monitoring success and impact of collaborative efforts.
