Today's Trivia

In The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, what was the enchanted dessert that the White Witch gave to Edmund?

Summer Reading Program begins June 8th! Keep an eye out for more information coming soon!

Staff Highlight- Heidi

Heidi is a Circulation Librarian for RVDL. This Port Byron native is our go-to-girl for book recommendations and reviews. She also is a whiz at using our databases and is handy at using both Apple iPads and Kindles! This woman can do it all!

Heidi is currently reading The June Boys by Court Stevens, listening to In the Cradle Lies by Olivia Newport, and watching Friday Night Lights and The West Wing.

Heidi isn't allowed "real" pets where she lives, but she does have a stone dragon named Boris and a stuffed cat named Eleven. Her favorite food is Homespun Meat Pie. She is most looking forward to being able to wander through a store and just look at stuff after the pandemic is over.

She most enjoys being able to share books with others and to introduce them to books/authors that they may never have read or heard of before at the Library.

Check out this awesome throwback picture of Heidi!
