Blue Ribbon Celebration Ceremony set for January 21st
The National Blue Ribbon Celebration Ceremony for the Skyline Middle School will be held on Friday, January 21st at 1pm. This is in recognition of the outstanding performance of students and staff in the middle school in recent years. ,Parents are invited to attend. (Pending Covid transmission at that time) Come and help Skyline Celebrate this tremendous accomplishment!
Macks Creek joins Skyline Football Next Fall
Skyline officially moved to bring Macks Creek into the fold to participate together in football beginning next fall. The original agreement is for 3 years and will be re-evaluated each year. Declining participation has prevented Skyline from playing JV games for the past 2 years. The numbers in junior high recently have had the same trend. We are hopeful that including Macks Creek student athletes will improve the health of the program and allow for competition in JV and Varsity games going forward. We appreciate Macks Creek's excitement to join forces on the gridiron with us and look forward to working with them this fall!
Inclement Weather and School Announcements
If school is closed due to inclement weather, Skyline will send a phone call to all parents as we normally do. (If you need to make changes to your child's account, please phone your child's office.) Cancellations will also be posted on KY3 and the school website, skylineschools.net.
Happy New Year!
