Problems with not eating Breakfast
There are many problems with not eating breakfast. Some of them are tiredness crankiness and gaining weight. Some people think that not eating breakfast help you lose weight but its the opposite with out eating food your body thinks your starving so it stores it as fat. Also you won't have enough energy for the rest of the day.
