Greetings and Happy New Year!

We are off to a GREAT start in the new year!!

Starting in January, we will begin our gymnastics unit. Over the next few weeks, students will learn the fundamental skills of balance, strength and agility. Students will be working both individually and in group pairings to strengthen the core muscles and increase flexibility.

Challenge section

1. Balance on one foot with your eyes closed.

2. Practice the hover position.

3. With your parents permission, ride your bike for 30 min.

4. with your parents permission, walk to the mailbox.
