-If you have a higher risk over breast cancer (whether it be genetically or DNA mutations are known) should speak with health care providers about screening for mammograms before the age of 40

-21-29 year olds should receive this test every 3 years (depending on symptoms and genetically info.)
-30-65 year olds should receive this test every 3-5 years (depending on symptoms and genetically info.)
-65 years and above should ask a health care provider
What do you do?
-Don't use vaginal creams, suppositories, or medicines
-Don't use vaginal deodorant sprays or powders
-Don't have sex
-Don't douche

-Men 50 and above should receive a prostate exam every year or so-Anyone 21 and above should receive a prostate exam every 3-4 years
-70 and above should ask doctor about continuation of exams
