About Me

Thank you so much for visiting my classroom website! I am very excited to be teaching 4th grade at Smyrna Elementary School this year. I have previously taught 4th and 5th grade, and this will be my fourth year teaching. I was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN. I graduated from Riverdale High School, then graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2012. My husband, Taylor and I live in Murfreesboro with our two cats, Zep and Zoey, and our dog, Jack. We love to travel and spend time with friends and family. I can't wait to get to know you and your child this school year!
