Marie Murphy Principal Message
August 16, 2021
Back to School Information!
As Dr. Osburn shared, we will open school with PPE and protocols that support the safety of our students, staff, and community. With that said, I do believe the students will find that we are returning to some traditional school routines that they have missed. The biggest one to share is that students will once again move between classrooms during the day. Our new staggered class schedule allows us to keep grade levels in pods as they move through the halls, so we can make this change while maintaining our safety protocols.
Below you will find several updates for the start of school. If you need anything please send me a message at email@example.com. I am excited to partner with you this year.
All the best,
Marie Murphy Principal
7th and 8th graders have been sent a letter in the mail that indicates their first period teacher. On August 25th they will report to that classroom and be given their full schedule.
Drop-off Traffic Pattern
Morning Drop-off: Parents dropping off a child may only use the east entrance. The west entrance is for bus use only. Please pull into the lot and immediately turn right down the first aisle. Students should be prepared to exit their car by the main door.
We know traffic will be difficult in the morning. Please have your child (children) to school at 7:45am or slightly before to ensure they are not tardy to school.
Bus transportation information will be available soon, and we will email when it is ready.
Pick-up Traffic Pattern
Please keep your eyes alert for children going to other cars as you drive out of the lot.
