What is sodium's major functions?
The body needs a small amount to help maintain a normal blood pressure and normal function of muscles and nerves.
What happens if you don't get enough of soudium?
If someone doesn't they can experience head aches, nausea, and fainting.
What happens if you too much sodium?
Eating too much sodium will raise your blood pressure and can cause cancer.
