Points of Pride

Instructional Focus:
As a reminder for expectations during these weekly meetings:
- Discussions should revolve around student learning and anchored in the following four questions: 1) What do we want the students to learn? 2) How will we know if they learn it? 3) What will we do when they know it? 4) How will we respond if they don't?
- While it's easy to get distracted during this hour, it's is critical that we keep these meetings student focused.
- Data should drive any decisions made during this time
- Student field trips and events should not be a topic during this time
- This time is critical to ensure we are meeting the needs of our students! Remember, we all feel overwhelmed with our workloads, get creative in how you attack student deficits (trade kids during WIN or reading groups, be strategic and focused in intervention, ask experts if you feel you are not reaching a student, etc.)

Classified Evaluation Input
While I do the classified staff's final evaluation, I am not able to see all the work they put in daily. This survey helps me get a more clear picture regarding strengths.
Please turn these in directly to me by Spring Break.
