Global Issues Art Competition:


Theme: Submit an artwork that demonstrates your perspective on a global issue you care for! Selected artworks will be exhibited at the GIN conference, and the winners will be announced on the last day. All artworks will be displayed on the the GIN conference site. Please submit one artwork per person.

Age: 8-12 grades only

Prizes: There will be 3 winners appointed by a judging Art Committee. An additional winner will be voted on by students participating in the conference. An award will be accompanied by prizes of $100, $50, and two of $25.

Media: Artworks can be 2D or 3D, and any media (drawings, paintings, photos, sculptures, installations, collages, etc.) Digital artwork must be printed out and not displayed on a computer screen.

Artwork Dimensions: max 5ft High x 3ft x 2 ft if 3D or 5 x 3 ft if 2D.

Deadline: February 23, 2015
