Dear Parents,

Wow! I can't believe that Christmas is almost here! Please plan to join us tomorrow morning for the Christmas Assembly in the PC Gym at 10 a.m. We have an early dismissal following the program at 11:30.

Thank you to the room moms and parents that helped with the Christmas party. The snowman theme was so cute! I had a great time and the kids did, too! Also, thank you for the tea set, the selection of teas, and the beautiful gray wrap. I'll use all of them and think of this sweet class each time!

I leave for the U.S. tomorrow night. I'm heading to Nashville, Tennessee first to spend time with my boys. Then, I'll go to Lexington, Kentucky to visit with my Mom. Mom is still in a nursing home recuperating from the nasty fall that she took in August. It will be good to see my family and spend time with them.

I hope that your holidays are filled fun times, family, and the love of Christ.

Merry Christmas!

Jan :)

Verse of the Week

“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.”

Colossians 4:2

Prayer: Holy Father,

Let us put aside our lists and schedules and depart from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Quieten our hearts and minds so that we might hear the carols and Christmas bells. Speak to us in the silence of our own hearts. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

“Silent night, Holy night; All is calm, all is bright. Round yon Virgin Mother and child. Holy Infant so tender and mild. Sleep in heavenly peace; sleep in heavenly peace.” Franz Gruber 1818
