Tools to Manage Diabetes

You may have recently discovered that you have diabetes or someone close to you does. You are not alone. 1 in 11 Americans has diabetes and 1 in 3 has prediabetes. Kristin Bogdonas, Illinois Extension nutrition and wellness educator, will introduce you to some lifestyle tools that can help manage and prevent complications of diabetes. Managing this disease will help prevent damage to your heart, eyes and nerves. Resources, tools and food samples included!
This class is free but registration is required.
