Robotics Class
The middle school SeaPerch competition will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018. Students enrolled in Robotics were asked if they wanted to participate in this underwater robotics competition held at Temple University. There are no final exams scheduled that day for middle school students. A permission slip will be going home with students interested in competing. They will just need to bring money for lunch. You can confirm with your child if they are planning to attend.

Summer Options
On January 28th from 1-3pm the school is once again hosting a Summer Programs Fair for middle and high school students in the gym. We have 28 different programs (including our own) coming to showcase their programs. This event will be open to the public.
Solebury has a robotics/engineering 2 week option over the summer that is open to our middle school students. You can look on our website or come to the summer programs fair to check it out.
In conjunction with the fair we are offering a workshop starting at 12pm in the Dance/Wrestling Room on the Topic of "Screen Time and Your Kid: The Benefits & Challenges". This is open to anyone who wants to attend, as well (and JULIE LAING will be part of the panel!).
