"Make a Difference. Lead the Way."

The theme for this year’s Collaborative is “Make a Difference. Lead the Way.” Participants will include administrators and teacher leaders (classroom teachers, instructional coaches, etc.) from eleven districts in the Southwest Education Alliance.

There will be five breakout session strands. These breakout strands will focus on strategies that educators can use to develop skills related to these topics:

  • Culture- promote healthy cultures within our schools and districts

  • Change- adapt and evolve in times of change

  • Communication- positively interact with diverse personalities and perspectives

  • Connection- use technology as a means of communicating, collaborating, and building relationships.

  • Collaboration- converge individual strengths to accomplish common goals

If you or someone you know would like to submit a proposal, please click on the form below. The submission deadline has been extended to February 6, 2014. The committee will select and contact presenters by February 7, 2014.

Please talk to your PD Job-Alike representative, or email (below) if you have any questions regarding the Collaborative.
