Panther News

March 25th

Dear Le Monde Families,

If you haven't heard already, the State Board of Education voted unanimously to close all school buildings and move to an online learning format. I, like many of you, was saddened by the decision as I held out a glimmer of hope that we would be reunited in our building by mid-April. The decision, while inconvenient, is the definitely the right one to make as we work through this unique period of history.

I want to reassure you that while the building is closed, school will go on and we will be connecting again starting April 6th. As you might imagine, there are still many details for us to work out, but we look forward to reconnecting your kiddos with their teachers through a combination of both online and printed instructional materials. In the meantime, please use the resources found in this newsletter to help supplement education at home until we get everything up and running.

What we are experiencing right now can be overwhelming and tough to handle. I'm sure you have many questions and while I don't have a lot of answers at this time, please know we are working furiously to find them. Continue to stay positive, stay safe, and remember that we are all in this together. We shall overcome!

Sincerely,

Lance Seeright
