Principal's Message

Hello Mustang Families,

Progress Reports are complete and can be reviewed in IC (Infinite Campus).

  • Join us for our Club 4.0, Club 3.5, and Club 3.0 Drivethrough Awards Celebration this Thursday, 10/27 from 3:30-5:30 in person at MMS.

We are focused on LISTENING through our lessons in Character Academy. Thank you for your partnership with us to build problem-finders and solution designers who will live and work in 2030, 2050, and 2075.

  • Listening begins with Active Listening: Active Listening Video
  • Listening involves your eyes, ears, and posture.
  • Listening is part of showing respect.

Thank you for being safe during drop-off and pick-up. At Margarita, we focus on safety first, and personal convenience second. Please always drop off and pick up students on the curb. The far left lane is only for driving through not for loading. Recently families shared photos and videos of cars unloading and loading Mustang Scholars on Margarita Road by double parking in the right lane which is not safe. Remember, when our students arrive safe, on time, and ready to learn, their day goes phenomenally well.

Thank you for your help in making the Margarita family so great!

Mr. Duane Legg

Principal, MMS

TVUSD School Dress Code

Temecula Valley Unified has adopted a dress code that is applied across all TVUSD school sites. This dress code was reviewed with all students at our Welcome Back assembly on 08/19/22. Please take a few moments to review the dress code with your Mustang Scholar.

  • If your scholar needs to use their phone for an emergency, they can ask a staff member to grant them permission.

Bike, Skateboard, & Scooter Expectations

Mustang Scholars need to walk bike, skateboards, and scooters on campus. They must wear a helmet. Scholars violating these rules may be cited by Campus Safety Officers.
