  1. Document the successful completion of 20 hours or more for each LDC partner
  2. Implement a full branding and marketing strategy and increase the LDC utilization by 10% while creating 15 new courses
  3. Develop a functional dashboard the reports on relevant data that can be used for data-driven decisions
  4. Deploy a citywide organization development (OD) strategy where one (1) OD initiative is implemented
