An Eggscellent experiment!

Does the amount of salt in water affect how high a raw egg will float when it is placed inside the cup of water?
The amount of water in each cup, the size of the cup, and the size of the eggs will stay constant.
First, we are going to fill up 3 clear plastic cups with a measured cup of water. Second, we will add 2 tablespoons of salt in one cup and 5 tablespoons of salt in another cup and stir them. Next we will drop a raw egg in each plastic cup. We will observe to see how the eggs float differently in each cup. We will then mark on the cup the location of where the egg floats up to. We will then measure with the ruler the height of the mark on the cup. We will write down the measurements and compare the difference. We will repeat the experiment 9 more times.
The raw egg didn't float a lot in the cup of water with no salt.The raw egg floated a little bit in the 2 tbs of salt.The raw egg floated the highest in 5 tbs of salt.
The salt has affected the raw egg to float. This is because the salt functions the egg in the water to get more hight and begins to float.
Real World Uses
In an ocean a fisherman has salt and water and has a buoy... the salt in the ocean will help the buoy float without sinking.
