Right To Bear Arms

The second amendment is read as "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Summary

The citizens have the right to carry handguns to protect them from any enemies that are foreign or national. They make a military force to protect us from our congress or the government if its needed to be. So basically its saying you have the right to carry a gun.

Rights Kept by The People

The ninth amendment is written as "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

Summary

Regardless of the constitution, the rights are still important and belong to the people. So basically the 9th amendment talks about our natural rights and how we can keep them with a constitution or not.
