STEAM Class
Week 2- April 6th-9th
Hope your week went great!
It was so nice to see so many faces on Flipgrid this past week but would love to see more! Please try to make a Flipgrid video this week. If you aren't comfortable or can't get it to work send me an email note with how your child has been doing with the STEAM challenges at home.
This week's project you will need about eight toilet paper tubes. If you have larger tubes like wrapping paper or paper towel tube you can use those instead and would need less. You will also need a small ball of some kind.
If for some reason you do not have any available around the house feel free to be creative and use anything you can build a multiple tiered track for a ball to travel down. If you don't have a small ball you can make one out of paper, just be sure to make it as tight as you can.
After you are done record a reflection video about how you were a maker on Flipgrid. You can have an adult help you record a message on Flipgrid to me using your card.
If you don't feel comfortable with Flipgrid reach out by emailing me below and letting me know what your child has been doing at home. Pictures are always nice :)
If any parents you have questions or comments feel free to email me.
Week 2- I can be a maker and maker a marble maze with cardboard tubes.
Please click below and tell me how you were a maker today!
Then type in the Flip Code found on your Flipgrid card and your student id.
Below is a video explaining how to that.
