CVHS Interact Club Hard at Work!

2021 starts with a purpose to be united together and serve the community for CV Interact.

On a brisk, cloudy Saturday morning CVHS completed two service projects in Goodyear. Members served over a 100 cars in the drive up food bank for two hours, and then members put together care kits for local non profits: Natalie’s House and Homeless Youth Connection.

Service Above Self is our motto!

Attendance Update

Please make sure to have your students communicate with teachers when they are late to class, have to step away from the computer, or need to leave early. When teachers call on students and students don't repond, they may be counted absent. Students are encouraged to work with teachers when they have been mistakenly marked absent.

Absences are still excused by calling our Welcome Center Attendance Line at 623-932-7600 or emailing Nancy Hampton,, or Heather Gamez,

Athletic Director's Message

Jaguar Family,

Our first week of winter sports started off well! Our girls and boys basketball teams opened up against Verrado with the girls JV coming away with the win and both Varsity teams losing tough but hard played games to the Vipers. Congratulations to our Boys Varsity basketball team as they handled Lake Havasu in a 92-33 win, history for our young Jags! Our girls Soccer program opened their season up against some very tough Verrado teams, but are looking to bounce back on Tuesday at Agua Fria. Boys and Girls Wrestling kicks off this week against Liberty at home. Good Luck to all of our Jaguar Teams!

Parents and guardians, I cannot thank you all enough for your patience and understanding as we navigate through the COVID guidelines set forth by the AIA and our District. Please know that your student athlete and their health and safety are our number one priority. Thank you to our amazing Athletic Trainers who are working over time helping our students with their Return to Play protocol and working 4-5 nights a week covering basketball, soccer and wrestling some all on the same nights. Week 2 here we go!

Thank you,

Andrea Hudson

Assistant Principal/Athletic Director
