The Reflections Awards Ceremony will be held in the multi purpose room on Thursday, November 20th from 6:00-7:30. The PTA is asking for refreshment donations for this event. The MCE PTA has won the Blue Key award from NCPTA for meeting membership goals. A special thank you goes out to Jade Van Ert for her dedication and hard work in getting our teachers and parents to join the PTA.
It is MCES Spring Carnival Planning time again. If you have some ideas on how to make this family fun event even better, please get involved on the Carnival Committee. Contact AnnMarie Marchese at email@example.com.
Fuquay transportation, the company that provides some of the MCES bus service is hosting a bus driver appreciation breakfast on Tuesday, November 18th at Fuquay High School at 9:00am. Donations of muffins, biscuits, bagels, and quick breads are being requested. If you are able to donate, please bring items to FVHS by 9:00am on the 18th.

The school-wide bee will be held Saturday, December 6. Parents of the Track 1, 2, and 4 students listed above should have received information packets last week; Track 3 parents will receive their packets this week. Father Daughter Dance:
It is that time of the year that we want to start gearing up for the Daddy Daughter Dance which is January 30, 2015.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the planning and work up front to make this the best Daddy Daughter Dance yet! To do this we will need lots of help.
Please send a note to email@example.com to volunteer. It does not matter if you have one hour or more, we really need your help to make this dance a success.

School Store Needs Volunteers:
School Store is looking for a few volunteers from tracks 1 and 2 to run the store on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. if you can help, please contact Stephanie Petty , email@example.comTuesdays: K-2 kids welcome from 8:00-8:25am
Thursdays: 3-5 kids welcome from 8:00-8:25am
The school store sells little pencils, erasers, fun little school items for kids to purchase - prices range from $0.10 - $2.00, so kids can easily afford to buy something even with a little bit of pocket change. It is located at the end of the main hallway, adjacent to the 2nd grade hallway.
