10 Signs You Could be Depressed

1: Smoking

Smoking is a big problem now a days. Depression can lead to smoking. Smoking is bad for you it can lead to lung cancer and other diseases. people around you will smoke and make you "second hand smoke"

2: You're Making Excuses

You might not know it but you maybe are making excuses just to hide the fact you are depressed. You might just think you are "being realistic" but really you just falling down deeper with every excuses you make.

3: You're Lonely

You are trying to hard, getting so far, but in the end it doesn't even matter. Try and make some friends it could make you feel better. share something with them. if you already have lots of friends then why don't you just find something you are interested in then find someone that has the same interest.

5: You're Having Family Issues

Some people have problems at home, like one your sister is leaving and you don't want her to, or that you are an only child and you feel alone at home with nothing to do. you try ding something but you cant because lets say that your mom or dad drinks a lot and you try to do something say like go to a party but you cant go because your "drunk" parent wants to make you do something else. and you just feel bad for yourself and your parent. it just makes life worse.

6: Your Friends

If some of your friends are depressed then that can make you depressed. and can get worse and worse by time goes on. your friends are being sad and you ask what is wrong and they say nothing "I'm Fine" well that's a lie no matter who it is. they actually mean yeah I'm going through something that no one will care about. just try your best and make them happy.

7: You're Listening to Depressing Music

if you listen to 21 pilots, my chemical romance, the front bottoms then the words or the sounds can make you depressed. the words can be really sad and you start saying them over and over then you can get depressed just because you say it.

8: Sleep

You're not sleeping long enough, if you don't get enough sleep then you wont be happy. you stay up all night and you are on your phone doing what ever until 12:00 you try and go to sleep but you cant and when you do you only get 3 hours of sleep, what can you do? go to bed early that can help, but what if you can you will get woken up and you will get mad. and its just not a one time thing.

9: Stress

Being stressed out can make you depressed. Say that you have a lot of school work and then it gets piled up and up and you don't have enough time to do it all then you get in trouble be cause you cant do it in time.
