- Check on the GPSGA website to see if your department/organization has turned in a liaison form. If you have not, then get this to me ASAP. If proxies have been used for your organization/department and this is not showing on the attendance, then it is because I have not received proxy forms from you. Check this as well and send them ASAP. Super important!
- We have $750.00 available for Fall 2018 co-sponsorship funds. Each applying will receive equal shares of the total available amount. The treasurer’s committee requests that each receiving organization provide GPSGA copies of promotional materials (including the GPSGA logo, which can be downloaded here) and be ready to share a short, one-slide presentation describing your event for the next GPSGA General Assembly meeting. - Search for Dean of Arts & Sciences
Courtney Whited is on the search committee for the Dean of A&S as the representative of the graduate student population on campus. To ensure that she has an understanding of what various graduate students and departments are hoping for in a dean, she has set up an anonymous survey. Please, if you are a graduate student in the A&S college, answer the survey and send it out to your department or organization so that others can have their voices heard. She will do her best to take responses into account when speaking as the representative at committee meetings.
