Brief Hospital Notes
Lillian was due to be discharged from hospital yesterday but had a fail and broke her collar bone on her way to the toilets.
Lillian had been admitted to hospital two weeks ago with a chest infection. Had finished a course of antibiotics, Amoxicilin caps 500mg tds for 7 days, responded well chest x-ray clear.
Mrs Nuisance has been referred to memory clinic as her daughter said that her mother suffers bouts of confusion, nightmares and short term memory loss. Mrs Nuisance has also been wandering around the ward at night as she is unable to sleep for long periods of time, however falls asleep a lot during the day.
Suspect Dementia
Mrs Nuisance has problems with Glucoma (past 5 years)
Hip pain managed by Tramadol.
Liliian had triple heart by pass in 1990.
Has 2 daughters, one lives close by in her 70's and the other lives in Leeds.
